Paul Mas Réserve Single Vineyard Collection wines come from Jean-Claude Mas's vineyards in Occitanie region in the South of France. Conas vineyard is located on the hillsides of the Hérault Valley, around the Château Paul Mas, the cradle of Domaines Paul Mas. Our family has a winemaking tradition of over 100 years. The vines are planted in Clavey and chalky soil with fossils and enjoy a unique microclimate. The wine is vinified with traditional methods, long maceration and then aged in oak barrels, resulting in a quintessence of red and black berry flavours evolving towards plum and cocoa notes. On the palate you will discover a refined wine, velvety and rich. Our Merlot will charm your palate with its appealing character!
