Jean-Claude Mas's expertise and passion for his region results in this Viognier - Sauvignon Blanc blend, a marriage between two very distinct families of savours and structures that create a complex wine with character. The mouth is rich and fresh, it reveals a quintessence of peach, apricot and gooseberry aromas, with a surprising length. It will pair wonderfully with fish, white meat, tapas, goat cheese, or you can just enjoy it on its own! Serve at 12°c. Ageing potential of 5 years.
