| Vinification details | Specific fruit flavour profiles were targeted across a range of vineyards predominately in Padthaway and Langhorne Creek. Resulting in a very drinkable wine offering ripe fruits and soft tannins. The fruit was fermented over 7-10 days at moderate temperatures. The wine was then aged on a selection of oak for 6 months, building complexity and enhancing fruit flavours prior to bottling. |
