The body of these Line salt and pepper mills from Peugeot are made of grooved aluminium and PEFCcertified beech wood, sourced from local sustainably managed forests and stained with solvent-free varnish with graphite that enhances the grain. Engineered and made in France, the durable mills are adjustable with fine to coarse settings, according to the type of grind you need for cooking and seasoning.

The two-stage grinding mechanism effortlessly shatters then grinds the dry salt crystals or peppercorns to the desired grain size. Salt intensifies aromas, balances other flavours and makes vegetables tastier. Choose very finely ground pepper to bring out its spice when cooking, or a coarser grind to highlight its aromas, flavour and texture, for example when adding to a salad. The gear mechanisms are made of durable stainless steel that is treated to prevent corrosion and rust, and guaranteed for lifetime longevity.

To refill, simply unscrew the top knob, lift off the top and pour in your salt or peppercorns. Use only dry rock salt, to a maximum size of 4mm. For peppercorns, the maximum size is 6mm.
