Born from the finest Herefordshire blackcurrants, Pixley Berries is the fruition of our proud family dream to produce wonderful fruit-rich cordials. Pressed and blended at our farm, Pixley Black is our exquisite blend of select blackcurrant varieties, specially suited to our local countryside.
Our berries love mingling with the most eligible, natural ingredients. However we politely insist that they never, ever socialise with any unsavoury additives or preservatives.
Although ideally suited to mixing with chilled water, all of our cordials add a hint of fruity refinement to everything from yoghurts and ice cream, to white and sparkling wines, or to the occasional well-deserved gin. They can also be served warm and are simply delicious in a hot toddy.
