Application: warm the formula between your hands, then place your hands flat on your chin, cheekbones then forehead applying light pressure. Using your palms apply with upwards movements, starting from the chin and working outwards then up the face. Repeat three times. Apply light pressure under the cheekbones to lift. Finish with light upward movements on the neck.
