Massage Function:

• Press the on/Off to turn on. The massage head will start to vibrate on low speed.
• Press the Vibration Button to cycle through Low, Medium and High Intensity Levels.
• Note: The Vibration will turn off after 10 minutes.
• When using the vibrating Massage Head, glide the head over the treatment area, moving slowly using circular motions - avoid using excessive force or pressure.
• If you feel a knot or area of muscle tension, allow the massage head to remain on that spot for a few moments.
• Note: To minimize soreness, it is better to build up to higher intensity levels slowly as your muscles warm up.
• Important: Do not use directly over bones or joints.

Cooling Function:

• To use the Cooling function, remove the Protective Cap and press the on/Off to turn on.
• Press the Cooling button once to stop the vibration - the outer ring of the button will turn Blue, this indicates cooling to 15°C.
• Press a second time for 10°C (outer ring colour: Violet)
• Press a third time for 5°C (outer ring colour: Red)
• Note: The Cooling Button cycles through Blue, Violet, and Red depending on temperature selected, while the Indicator Light illuminates Blue to confirm active Cooling.

Heating Function:

• To use the Heating function, remove the Protective Cap and press the On/Off to turn on.
• Press the Warming button once to stop the vibration - the outer ring of the button will appear Blue which indicates warming to 35°C.
• Press a second time for 40°C (outer ring colour: Violet)
• Press a third time for 45°C (outer ring colour: Red)
• To turn off, press the on/Off button.
• Note: The Warming Button cycles through Blue, Violet, and Red depending on temperature selected, while the Indicator Light illuminates Red to confirm active. The Cooling/Heating will turn off after 3 minutes
