Directions:
Diffuser Oil: Add 6-8 drops of Rosemary to your diffuser to create a stimulating and motivational atmosphere. Helps to relieve the symptoms of coughs and colds.
Massage Blend: Add up to 5 drops of Rosemary per 10ml of blending oil. Helps to relieve muscular aches and pains. Not recommended for use on the face or for those with sensitive, damaged or allergy prone skin.
Bath Blend: Add 4-6 drops of Rosemary to 20ml of blending oil - enough for around 3 baths. Add to the water just before you get in and swirl it around. Helps to clear mental fatigue and stimulate the mind. Also soothing for muscular aches and pains. Not recommended for use on the face or for those with sensitive, damaged or allergy prone skin.
Inhalation: Add 3 drops of Rosemary to a bowl of hot water. Place a towel over your head, close your eyes and breathe in the steam to help relieve symptoms of head colds and nasal congestion. This application is not suitable for asthmatics. Instead use a diffuser.
