Microwave but can also be heated on the hob. Before heating: Empty contents into a microwaveable dish and cover. During heating: Heat on full power for 2 minutes (Cat D 750W) or 1 1/2 minutes (Cat E 850W). Stir halfway through. Re-cover and continue heating. After heating: Check food is piping hot.
