Preparation and Safety:
Before cooking: Empty the contents of the bag into a mixing bowl. Add 75ml (5x15ml /5 tbsps) of cold water. Mix together with a fork. Divide the mix equally into 6 pieces and with lightly floured hands roll into balls.
During cooking: Add the dumplings to stew, soup or gravy, which is simmering and continue cooking for 20-30 minutes. For soft, fluffy dumplings cover the pan or for crustier dumplings cook in the oven without a lid.
