Preparation and Safety: Cooking instructions: Hob. Before cooking: Heat 15ml oil in a frying pan or wok. Once oil is hot add 400g of diced Chicken breast. During cooking: Pan fry for 5-6 minutes, stirring regularly. Stir in the jar of sauce, simmer for 8-10 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary.
