Preparation and Safety: Cooking instructions: Hob: The day before: Soak 100g of soup & stew mix in 500ml of cold water overnight. Before cooking: Drain and rinse thoroughly, place the soaked mix into a large saucepan with 500ml water. During cooking: Bring to boil and boil for 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to low, cover with a lid and simmer for 40 minutes, until mix has softened but is slightly firm to the bite. To cook on the hob 50 mins. Drain: Drain and rinse thoroughly. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Warnings: Soak Overnight. Do not eat uncooked. This product should be soaked overnight, placed in fresh water and boiled rapidly for at least 10 minutes, including before slow cooking.
