Crisp and refreshing characterised by gooseberry, citrus and herbal notes. Exhibits delicate aromas of lime, redcurrant, and lemon shortbread, along with gooseberry. A vibrant, juicy finish leaves the palate fresh and lively. We select fruit from New Zealand's premium vineyards giving us classic Sauvignon Blanc characters and aromas whilst providing a balanced acidity which offers a soft, structured finish. The alcohol is then gently removed while maintaining the flavour and characteristics.
