Storage Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and strong odours. Do not refrigerate. Beat icing with a spoon before using. Once opened, store in a refrigerator and use within 2 weeks of opening. Storage in warm conditions may cause oil separation, should this occur gently stir back in. In cooler conditions leave product at room temperature for 1-2 hours and stir before use.
