How To Use:
Recommended daily dose: Adults and children 12 years and over: 10 ml (2 teaspoons). Children 3-12 years: 5 ml (1 teaspoon). For extra support, adults and those 12+ may take 10 ml up to four times daily; children 3-12 years may take 5 ml up to four times daily. Store in a dry place below 25 degrees Celsius.
