Try this Garlic Butter Roast Chicken and Potatoes recipe:

• 1) Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
• 2) Mix 1½ tbsp of the seasoning with 175g unsalted butter. Rub the mix (reserving some) over a whole chicken, 2)Place a halved lemon inside and roast.
• 3) Boil 675g of Maris Piper potatoes for 8-10 min, then drain.
• 4) After 45 min, arrange potatoes around chicken, sprinkle with the remaining seasoning and roast for a further 45 min.
• 5) Rest the chicken and roast the potatoes at 200°C until golden.
• 6) Serve with a simple butter sauce and chopped parsley.
