Storage: Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Ambient.
Preparation and Usage: Just Add: 4 Medium potatoes (approx. 675g), unpeeled; 2 tbs olive oil. Easy as 1,2,3: 1 Pre-heat a large roasting tray in the oven at 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6. 2 Cut the dry potatoes into wedges, place them into a bowl and coat with oil. Sprinkle over the seasoning and toss to coat evenly. 3 Spread the potatoes onto the pre-heated roasting tray and cook for 45 mins, until crispy and cooked through, turning half-way through.
Try Something Different: For tasty chicken bites, dip small chunks of chicken breast into egg and then into the coating mix. Cook in the oven, until golden brown and cooked through. Delicious with garlic and herb mayonnaise.
