Preparation and Usage: Just Add: 450g pork or beef mince, or combination of both; 1 tbs oil; 1 onion, finely chopped; 400g tin chopped tomatoes; 125ml cold water.

• 1. Combine mince with 1 tsp of seasoning, form into small meatballs and set aside.
• 2. Heat oil and fry meatballs for 5 mins, until golden brown. Remove from pan and drain any excess fat. Stir in onion and fry for 5 mins, until softened. Stir in remaining ingredients and return meatballs to the pan.
• 3. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 15 mins, removing lid for last 5 mins, until thickened and the meatballs are cooked through.

Try Something Different: Delicious with cubed roasted potatoes, sprinkled with Schwartz Mixed Herbs and Black Pepper. Add a diced pepper or tin of drained butter beans for a more hearty dish, great served with crusty bread.
