Preparation and usage Just add fresh ingredients!

• 2 chicken thigh fillets, thinly sliced
• 2 peppers, thinly sliced
• 2 tbsp peanut butter
• 200ml coconut milk
• 2 nests dried medium noodles

To serve 4, add more fresh ingredients

2 spring onions, thinly sliced

• 1 Cook the noodles
• 2 Fry the chicken in the Bang Bang Paste
• 3 Make a sauce with the Garlic & Coconut Paste + Chilli Garnish

Bang Bang Chicken Noodles

• 1. Cook the noodles
  • Boil the noodles as per pack instructions, saving a couple of tablespoons of cooking water.
• 2. Meanwhile, fry the chicken
  • Heat a little oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken for 2-3 mins over a medium-high heat.
  • Stir in the Bang Bang Paste, then add the peppers and fry for 2 more mins.
• 3. Add the coconut milk
  • Mix in the coconut milk and bring it to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer.
  • Add the 2 Garlic & Coconut Paste and peanut butter and mix well.
• 4. Finishing touches
  • Stir the Chilli Garnish into the chicken pan, then add the cooked noodles with a splash of the noodle cooking water. (Use tongs!)

Serve!

Serve the noodles with some spring onions on top (if having).
