How to use
Coat with a water-based lubricant for easy insertion. You should experiemnet and figure out the right amount of lube to use for you, but we reccomend starting with just a small amount and add more if you feel its needed.
Gently place the tapered end of the dilator inside the vagina. Th dilator should not be fully inserted, please keep the handed outside.
When you are comfortable using the chosen dilator, you can progress to the next size and repeat the previous steps.
Use for 15-30 minutes at lest three times per week for maximum results.
