Our very own St. Pancras Blend is a lighter take on our world-famous Royal Blend - matching malty Golden Flowery Assam with tea from Nuwara Eliya, an area of Ceylon known as 'Little England'.
Heat water to 100°C, using one teaspoon of tea per person, plus an extra for the pot, and brew for 5 minutes. Best served with just a splash of milk and a Fortnum's biscuit or two.
