Import Requirements Orders are shipped internationally from the United Kingdom, and import requirements vary by destination.

Duties & Taxes International shipments may be subject to: • Import duties • Local taxes (VAT/GST) • Customs clearance or processing fees

Customs Inspections International shipments may be inspected by customs authorities. Customs procedures and clearance decisions are outside McGrocer's control and may occasionally result in delivery delays.
Refused Shipments If a shipment is refused by customs authorities, returned due to import restrictions, or not accepted by the recipient: • Shipping and courier charges are non-refundable • Return shipping and handling fees may apply • Shipments destroyed or confiscated by authorities may not be eligible for refund
