• 1. Connect the device to the power cable, then plug the power adapter into a wall socket.
• 2. Ensure the area is clean, dry and free from products.
• 3. Always wear the supplied eye protection when the panel is facing or positioned near the face.
• 4. Prepare the panel for your desired session position: The panel can be held, leaned against a stable surface, or mounted to direct light towards the face or body. The panel can also be wrapped around the body using one or two straps, depending on the area being treated.
• 5. Long press the on/off button to start the session. Four indicator lights will illuminate, each representing 5 minutes. One light will turn off every 5 minutes. The device will automatically turn off after 20 minutes.
• 6. Enjoy your session. We recommend daily use for 10-20 minutes per body area as part of your regular routine.

Avoid using with serums containing light sensitive ingredients or potential photosensitizers such as vitamin c, ahas, bhas, essential oils, benzoyl peroxide, and retinoids.

Before use important: Light sensitivity test required before first use. Before using this device on your face or body, perform a light sensitivity test: 1. Press the on/off button to turn the device on. 2. Place the panel on your arm and run a 5 minute session. 3. After the session, turn the device off and check the area. Note: Mild redness may appear immediately after use due to warmth from the device and should fade quickly. If redness lasts longer than 2 hours, discontinue use. You may have sensitivity to light seek medical advice before continuing use. Test yourself for light sensitivity on your arm prior to using the red light body panel.
