Key Ingredients:

Waterbased formulation containing four strains of live, activated lactic acid bacteria (Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Enterococcus faecium, Lactobacillus plantarum and Lactobacillus acidophilus) together with a barley extract food base to support bacterial viability.

How To Use:

Shake the bottle gently before use. Adults: take 70ml once daily, ideally first thing in the morning on an empty stomach using the measuring cup provided; allow a minimum of around 10 minutes before eating or drinking. For children follow the guidance of 1ml per 1kg body weight. Symprove is suitable for use during or after antibiotics; if possible take at a different time to antibiotic doses. Store unopened in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 10 days. Do not freeze or heat.

Water, extract of germinated barley (gluten free), fermented with cultures of: L. rhamnosus NCIMB 30174, E. faecium NCIMB 30176, L. plantarum NCIMB 30173, L. acidophilus NCIMB 30175; acidity regulators: ascorbic acid, trisodium citrate; preservative: potassium sorbate; natural flavourings.
