Each Tea Temple is 100% chamomile and naturally caffeine-free, with no artificial flavourings. Brew one temple in boiling water at 100°C for 3-5 minutes, ideally before bedtime.

The best chamomile tea comes from brewing the whole flowers - which is exactly what we do. This ensures that none of their subtle, magical flavour is lost.
