These Tesco crunchy taco shells are a Tex Mex staple from a trusted UK supermarket brand. Each shell is made from cornflour, sunflower oil and water and folded and cooked under an open flame for a crisp texture. Warm them in the oven and fill with your favourite seasoned mince, fish or vegetables for an easy family meal.

TO PREPARE TACOS YOU REQUIRE:
ADDITIONAL GARNISH (OPTIONAL)
1. Brown 500g lean minced beef in 15ml of pre-heated oil in a frying pan. Add the Taco seasoning and 50ml water and stir. Let the mixture simmer until thoroughly cooked
2. Remove the taco shells from the packaging. Place on a baking tray standing on their open sides and heat for 2 minutes in an oven pre-heated to 180c/Fan 160F/Gas 4.
To serve
Divide the filling between the 12 warmed shells and serve filled (as desired) with the salsa, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese.
Eat with your fingers and enjoy!
Instead of mince try using battered fish fingers or your favourite vegetables.
