Our Finest dry cured ham is made from British outdoor bred pigs, cured by hand to a traditional recipe developed by the legendary Woodall family of Cumbria, who first began curing back in 1828. We then finish with Woodall's artisan method of air drying the ham for up to 10 days, to bring out the best in flavour and texture. Due to the authentic nature of our Finest ham, the slices may vary naturally in shape.
