This pack contains:

• Slow roasted tomato dressing
• Basil pesto mayo

Preparation and usage:

• 1. Slice and spread: Slice your bread, spread the tomato dressing on one side, and the pesto mayo on the other.
• 2. Layer up: Add the chicken, then the mozzarella on top of the tomato base. Complete with the top slice of bread.
• 3. Heat: We recommend heating for extra flavour. Wrap in foil and place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Once cooked, remove foil and rest for 1 minute.
• 4. Add freshness: For extra flavour add your favourite salad. We recommend rocket for a peppery kick!

Any bread works, but for a gourmet finish our Finest Tomato Focaccia is the perfect choice.
