Kit contains:

• Chicken Ramen Broth Paste
• Miso, Soy and Chilli Seasoning

Shopping list / Ingredients to buy:

• 2 chicken breasts
• 100g mushrooms
• 2 medium dried egg noodle nests
• Fresh coriander
• 2 spring onions

Method:

• 1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan, cut chicken in bite-sized pieces and fry with sliced mushrooms for 5 minutes, until browned.
• 2. Add the seasoning powder and cook for 5 minutes, once cooked set chicken to one side.
• 3. Using the same pan, mix the seasoning paste with 800ml of boiling water, stir until dissolved.
• 4. Bring the ramen broth to a boil and add the noodles. Boil the noodles according to the packet instructions.
• 5. Divide broth and noodles into two bowls. Place the chicken and mushrooms on top, garnish with sliced spring onions and chopped coriander.
