INGREDIENTS: Dark Chocolate Chips (40%) [Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier (Soya Lecithins), Flavouring], Shortcake Biscuit (40%) [Wheat Flour, Sugar, Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil, Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Ammonium Hydrogen Carbonate), Wheat Gluten, Salt], Pink and White Mini Marshmallow (20%) [Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Maize Starch, Water, Pork Gelatine, Colour (Beetroot Red), Flavouring].

Wheat Flour contains: Wheat Flour, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin.

Preparation and usage

Method: Hob

Makes: 9 Rocky Road Slices

You will need: 68g Unsalted Butter

Method:

• In a large saucepan melt 68g butter and the contents of the chocolate sachet over a gentle heat stirring constantly until everything is melted.
• Remove from the heat and leave to cool.
• Add the contents of the biscuit and marshmallow sachets to the chocolate mix and stir well to coat everything.
• Assemble the cardboard tray. Place the mixture into the tray, spread evenly and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
