Ingredients

INGREDIENTS: Water, Soy Sauce (29%) [Water, Soya Bean, Wheat, Salt], Sugar, Modified Maize Starch, Colour (Plain Caramel), Rice Vinegar, Stabiliser (Guar Gum), Yeast Extract [Yeast, Acidity Regulators (Lactic Acid, Citric Acid), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate).

Preparation and usage

Salmon Fillets with Teriyaki Sauce

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

• 1 tbsp vegetable or sunflower oil
• 3 tbsp Tesco Teriyaki Sauce to marinade (allow extra to glaze during cooking)
• 1 piece fresh root ginger, peeled and grated (optional)
• 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 4 salmon fillets with skin

Method:

• 1. Pre-heat grill.
• 2. In a bowl coat the salmon fillets with the Teriyaki Sauce, garlic and ginger. Set aside.
• 3. Brush the oil onto the grill pan and add salmon fillets skin side down.
• 4. Grill for 20 minutes.
• 5. Brush salmon every few minutes with extra Teriyaki Sauce until cooked through the glaze.
• 6. Make sure the salmon is cooked through and remove from grill.

To serve: Serve with cooked rice.
