Thatchers Haze is a naturally cloudy, sweet and refreshing cider crafted from a blend of Katy, Gala, and Jonagold apples. It's the juice of these apples that give Haze its signature cloudiness. Haze is pressed from early-season apple varieties for a bright, fruity flavour and a smooth, easy-drinking finish.
All our ciders are crafted through sustainable practices, such as being made using 100% renewable electricity, including power from the 3,500 solar panels on the roof of our farm.
