Made with time, not shortcuts. We use 100% RSPCA-Assured British meat. Gently aged to perfection to bring out the full depth of flavour. Our Bresaola is best served at room temperature. Perfect served on its own or perhaps create your own serving platter by adding our charcuterie selection or chilli salami, some bread, cheese, fruit and dipping olive oil.
