Native chicory inulin contributes to normal bowel function by increasing stool frequency. Beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 12g of chicory inulin. This means four 250ml portions of Mighty Kids or from other foods containing corresponding amounts of chicory inulin.
Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
