Regional information: The Wanderer Zinfandel is crafted from grapes grown in California's vast Central Valley. The Zinfandel grape has come to define the Lodi wine, unearthing this region as a treasure trove for winemaking and carving this unassuming part of the earth onto the map.
Vinification: Grapes are fermented at 83-87 degrees Fahrenheit for 5-7 days. Some of the wine is aged on French and American oak for at least 3 months before bottling.
