Self-sterilising instructions:

1. Thoroughly clean bottle in warm, soapy water and rinse.
2. Fill bottle with 50ml of cold water.
3. Fit teat, screw ring and cap together and loosely place on bottle base. Microwave for 3 minutes.
4. Remove water and reassemble.
