After harvesting below -10°C, the grapes are pressed and only pure nectar escapes. This first press is the liquid gold that we ferment into our award winning icewine. Our First Press Vidal was put into barrel for fermentation, which allows rich aromas of vanilla bean and warm spice to accompany the ripe apricot and honey notes.
