Wine of Australia. Winemaking after a relatively cool fermentation, the wine spent a minimal time on yeast lees before being bottled early to maintain its freshness. No oak fermentation or maturation. Style a fuller, softer incarnation of HVD Semillon showing lifted white flower and citrus aromatics. The palate shows good length a great balance with it's clean, soft acid structure.
