The journey of this classic Gin is born from a distillation with traditional Japanese rice spirit. Our balance, harmony and equilibrium is the result of carefully sourced native botanicals with principle notes of juniper, yuzu citrus, Nashi pear and Shiso leaf.
UKIYO Japanese spirits are born in Chiba east of Tokyo and are made with rice that is masterfully distilled into our Gin and Vodka expressions. We begin with a base of the finest quality spirit made with locally grown rice, a celebration of Japan's most recognised harvest. This native ingredient lends a distinct balance and elevated textural mouthfeel to our gins. We distill with 11 botanicals focusing on 5 native Japanese flavours.
