Directions for use: Topical application: For ages 2+, apply using the easy applicator onto the chest and back.
Usage: When using the product for the first time: remove the cap and the seal, prime the product by turning the bottom of the stick 3-4 times. Remove cap and foil twist the bottom to release the product. Clean with a tissue after each use and place the cap on.
Topical use. Adults: Apply liberally onto chest, throat and back. Cover whole area for maximum effect. Leave clothes loose to allow vapours to be inhaled easily. Children over 2 years: Gently apply a small amount on the chest and back. Leave clothes loose for easy inhalation.
Inhalation use. Adults: If head cold or nasal catarrh persists, for deep action relief melt two teaspoons in a bowl of very hot (not boiling) water. Inhale the soothing medicated vapours for 10-15 minutes.
