Barbecue: Cooking appliances vary, this is a guide only. Place halloumi kebabs on a lightly oiled preheated rack over glowing hot coals or on a preheated high-heat gas barbecue. Turn frequently and cook until golden brown. Take extra care when barbecuing. Cook first and barbecue to finish.
Grill: High heat 9-14 mins. Remove sleeve and film. Do not remove the ovenable pad before cooking and cook in foil tray. Place foil tray under grill. Cook until golden brown. Turn occasionally. Allow to stand for 2 mins. Do not reheat once cooled.
Storage: Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, consume within 2 days. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack.
