Stir fry: High heat: 5 mins. Pre-heat a dry wok over a high heat for 2 minutes. Remove packaging. Add 1 tsp. (5ml) of oil and add noodles. Stir fry over a high heat for 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until piping hot. Reduce heat if necessary. Serve immediately. Do not reheat once cooled.
Microwave: For best results microwave. Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Cut corner from bag. Place on a microwaveable plate. Cook on high (100%). Check that food is piping hot. Serve immediately. Two or more packs may require longer cooking time. (800W: 2 1/2 mins, 900W: 2 mins, 1000W: 1 1/2 mins)
