Growing Notes. Ethiopia is the birthplace of Arabica coffee. It's the largest coffee producer in Africa, with also the largest domestic consumption on the Continent. Green coffee is hand picked and left on raised beds to dry under the sun in the Sidamo Province. This creates the unique flavour and remarkable acidity.
