Rive represents the pinnacle of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG, encompassing a mere 43 micro-terroirs. The incredibly steep hillsides here demand that all harvesting be done by hand. To earn the 'Rive' name, every grape must originate from the same single hamlet, ensuring each bottle is a pure and precise reflection of that unique terroir. In the winery, this Prosecco is crafted using the exclusive 'Metodo Il Colle,' a single, continuous fermentation from grape must to sparkling wine.
