Deliciously light chocolate sponge filled and topped with tangy cream cheese frosting and hand finished with red velvety crumb. Rainforest Alliance Certified cocoa.

Usage: Serving Suggestion: Remove from box and place the cake on a flat surface. Before removing band, slide knife between cake and band to release. Hold the cake and with a long serrated knife, cut cake into slices using a sawing action. It is important to keep the knife clean between slices.
