Chinese sesame paste is frequently used in Chinese cuisine as either a hot pot dipping sauce, or salad dressing, or as part of a filling for buns or dumplings. This thick paste is made from both black and white sesame, soybean oil, and refined peanut butter. Once opened, it should be kept refrigerated.
