How to use

When first setting up the device - charge it fully using the included USB-C cable.

Install the Withings app on your phone (iOS or Android).

Follow the app steps to connect BPM Vision via Bluetooth/Wi-Fi and create your user profile.

Preferably measure blood pressure at the same time each day and avoid caffeine, alcohol and exercise before taking a reading to ensure accuracy

The Withings BPM Vision is intended for adult home use only to measure blood pressure and pulse rate. It is not a diagnostic or emergency medical device.

Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have heart rhythm disorders (such as atrial fibrillation), circulation disorders, are pregnant, or have an implanted electronic medical device (e.g. pacemaker or defibrillator).

Do not use on children or infants. Do not use for continuous monitoring or during medical emergencies.

For accurate readings, remain still during measurement and ensure the cuff is correctly positioned. Avoid use immediately after exercise, smoking, caffeine, or alcohol.

Do not use the device if it is damaged. Keep away from water and liquids, and do not immerse the cuff or monitor. Store and use the device only within the recommended temperature and humidity ranges.
