Fit in 5 Easy Steps

1. CUT THE INSOLE TO FIT YOUR SHOE - Make the insole the right size for your shoe by trimming it, using the size guide.
2. STICK THE STICKER MARKER WHERE IT HURTS - Take a sticker provided and put it right on the spot that hurts on your foot. Peel off both tabs.
3. STEP ON THE INSOLE - Stand on the insole with the sticker touching it. This will stick the pad onto the insole.
4. PRESS DOWN TO MARK THE SPOTS - Push down on the stickers so you can see which hexagons on the bottom need to come out.
5. PULL OUT THE HEXAGONS AND PUT IN YOUR SHOE - Remove each small hexagon one by one, then put the insole in your shoe. Ideally, remove no more than 3-4 hexagons at any site and try to form a triangle/diamond shape as shown on the box.
